Churches Together in Barnstaple (CTiB) is a network of churches and Christian organisations in Barnstaple and neighbouring parishes who confess the Lord Jesus Christ as God and Saviour of the world. Members have a heart to build relationships between Christians across our community as the Lord Jesus prayed in John 17 before he died. Through prayer and mission activities together and by the power of the Holy Spirit, our aim is to see:
- Christ Jesus honoured
- The local Christian community flourish and
- The wider local community blessed and transformed by the message of the gospel of Jesus.

- Sed everti utroque, vis ea oblique pertinax con.

We believe that God made us all different and we recognise that different churches may have different doctrines and practices, but we are united in our belief that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life and that, through his death and resurrection, He provides the only true hope for the world.
Psalm 133 says: ‘How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! ….. for there the Lord bestows his blessing, even life forevermore’. Our heart is to build relationship first and foremost. Out of that relationship, we believe God’s blessing will come. Our primary focus is on building relationship through praying with each other and conducting mission together.
